We are building an in-house marketing agency to serve every company in the group.

Are you talented / competitive / goal oriented?

If yes, your job will be to:

• build and run an in-house marketing agency, with every business in the group as a client;
• hire the agency team and define its roles: strategy, creative, content, digital and account management;
• decide what the agency delivers in-house and what goes to external agencies, studios and freelancers;
• own the agency budget and be accountable for results to every client;
• take briefs from each business, agree scope and deadlines, and deliver;
• lead creative direction across all brands, and launch new brands from scratch;
• develop annual marketing plans and campaigns for each client;
• support Sales and Business Development with pitches, tender materials and references;
• run launches and lead generation for real estate and hospitality clients;
• manage social media, websites, PR and events for all brands;
• set up CRM and track every lead through to a signed contract;
• conduct market research and report results to each client monthly.

And you should:

• have at least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team or an agency;
• have built or repositioned brands, with results you can show;
• know how to brief, select and manage external agencies;
• be strong in digital, performance marketing and data;
• speak English fluently;
• be ready to submit a portfolio (not larger than 5 MB).
