Head of Marketing
You will own and lead the marketing function, using data and KPIs to optimize budget, lead generation, conversion, CAC, ROI, and pipeline performance. You will lead SEO and AI visibility, manage internal and external delivery, and develop B2B PR, positioning, and flywheel-based growth initiatives. You will manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, optimize costs, and mentor the marketing team. You will work with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing activity with revenue and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a data-driven marketing function using budget, lead generation, conversion, CAC, ROI, and pipeline KPIs
- Lead SEO and AI visibility strategy and manage internal teams and external agencies
- Develop and execute B2B PR, positioning, market narrative, and flywheel-based growth initiatives
- Own marketing team leadership, budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business and revenue objectives
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth industries
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market and demand generation strategies
- Experience in performance marketing, content, brand, product marketing, PR, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Experience owning the full marketing lifecycle from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
- Ability to scale marketing programs in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with measurable business impact
