Head of Marketing - Real Estate - New Development

Why this role is for you

We are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing team and marketing activities within the New Development Real Estate business unit. You will own the marketing strategy end-to-end, driving accountability for business KPIs across the vertical. You'll set the direction, and collaborate closely with Sales, Data, Product, and Marketing teams across the company.

This is an opportunity for a marketing leader to take real ownership of marketing for a significant, high-impact vertical.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and own the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B, with a strong focus on performance and business KPIs
• Manage and develop the marketing team, setting direction and driving execution
• Direct full synchronization with marketing Shared Services teams to build a unified and effective marketing language
• Collaborate closely with Sales to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth
• Own the user funnel end-to-end - analyze behavior and drive conversion optimization at every stage
• Partner with Product, R&D and Data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features
• Use data to guide decision-making, optimize budgets, and identify new growth opportunities

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role
• Prior experience within Real Estate/Marketplaces/large-scale digital platforms - An advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward with different stakeholders
• A performance-driven mindset with a deep understanding of user funnels and growth metrics
• Strong ability to work with data to drive decisions
• Proven experience working across multiple interfaces: Sales, Data, Product, and various Marketing teams
• A proactive, "can-do" mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) - An advantage
