We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing client. This is a key managerial role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you will shape the internal marketing processes of the innovative company.

The office is located in Szeged, and since the team prefers to meet in person, we are looking for a leader who is ready to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Our partner offers relocation support if needed, including a relocation package to facilitate your move.

4+ years of leadership experience in a relevant marketing role

Proven hands-on experience in developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies in international environments

A dynamic, proactive personality with a results-driven and innovative mindset

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, including KPI ownership

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and team-motivation abilities

Fluent English communication skills and a relevant higher education degree
