You will own the full market lifecycle, from determining what to list and how markets are structured through liquidity development, maintenance, and resolution. You will lead market selection, liquidity, operations, and resolution; develop listing and viability frameworks; manage relationships with market makers and trading firms; design liquidity programs; and establish scalable, credible market-integrity systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams across market selection, liquidity, operations, and resolution.
  • Drive market listing strategy.
  • Build frameworks to evaluate market viability.
  • Own market structure, including tick sizes, fees, rebates, and incentive design.
  • Build and manage relationships with market makers, trading firms, and liquidity providers.
  • Design liquidity programs and commercial partnerships.
  • Work with partner organizations to shape resolution strategy and determine outcome viability.
  • Define scalable systems for market creation, maintenance, and resolution.
  • Own resolution credibility and market integrity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial markets.
  • Deep understanding of market microstructure, including spreads, incentives, fee design, and product structure.
  • Experience building or shaping conditions that attract durable capital.
  • Experience with market governance, resolution, or integrity functions.
  • Established network across market makers, trading firms, and liquidity providers.
  • Experience navigating market stress, including drawdowns, flash crashes, and dislocations.
  • Ability to operate across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering in a fast-moving environment.
