- Leading ~30 network engineers across Lithuania through team leads, and building a culture of ownership, operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Owning the reliability, performance and security of Ignitis Group’s corporate data networks, which connect data centres, offices, power plants and substations nationwide, spanning LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, radio links, firewalls and cloud connectivity
- Owning and delivering the network roadmap: simplifying and standardising the estate and retiring legacy technology

- Experience running business-critical networks with high availability requirements, including incident, problem and change management
- Strong network security background: segmentation, access control and firewall policy management in a regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
- Experience modernising networks through standardisation, automation and network-as-code (e.g. Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Experience working with vendors; budget ownership is a plus
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application
- Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience
- A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours
- Internal career opportunities
- Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs
- Mentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful and value-driven work
- Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
