Head of O&M

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Define and implement the O&M operating model and contracting strategy, determining the optimal mix of in-house capability and outsourced partnerships across the portfolio
2. Establish portfolio-wide O&M standards and SOPs; define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs to ensure consistent execution across sites and service providers
3. Ensure alignment between O&M, Asset Management, and Investment objectives, translating operational performance into asset value and investment decision-making
4. Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight across project execution and O&M activities
5. Lead and manage contractors, O&M service providers, and cross-functional teams under outsourced operating models
6. Oversee contractor and O&M partner performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, safety, quality, and performance requirements
7. Lead commercial and contract management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, claims, variations, and vendor management
8. Oversee project and operational performance across multiple portfolios, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and operational targets are achieved
9. Identify key project and operational risks, drive timely resolution, and ensure continuous performance improvement

【Qualifications】
1. Proven experience in senior project, operations, or portfolio management roles
2. Strong experience in contractor management and outsourced O&M models
3. Solid commercial and contract management capabilities, including contract negotiation, claims, and performance management
4. Demonstrated ability to define operating models, SOPs, and KPI frameworks, and to oversee performance across multiple projects or portfolios
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align O&M, Asset Management, and Investment stakeholders
6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
7. Renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy industry experience is highly preferred
8. Fluent in Mandarin; English sufficient for business communication, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders
9. Strong sense of ownership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to travel domestically as required
