The products are in market, the wholesale footprint is expanding, and the operation behind that growth now needs a dedicated leader., · Wholesale and D2C operational execution across Europe and the USA.· Coordination between Sales, Finance, Product, factories, warehouses and logistics partners.· Operational setup and data quality across our systems (Centra, Shopify, EDI, etc.)· The order-to-cash flow, from order acceptance through fulfilment, invoicing and payment exceptions.· Inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound logistics, freight, claims and 3PL performance.· Practical procedures, service levels, controls and escalation paths.· Serious order, shipment and quality incidents through root cause, ownership and evidenced closure.· Building and managing the operations team, sized to ...
