Head of International Business
Location:
Singapore
Role Overview
This role involves the development of a content-production methodology that can be applied across all regions, working as a peer-level partner to local operations teams. There are no people-management responsibilities at this stage; as our Southeast Asia footprint expands, the role will progressively take on management of the corresponding teams. The role serves as the primary interface with the product and R&D teams supporting our core domestic business, consolidates content requirements from each regional team, and jointly builds an AI-powered automated content production system.
Key Responsibilities
- Content strategy: Define and codify the standards for what constitutes good content, produce a content-production methodology applicable across regions, and provide strategic guidance to local operations teams.
- Applied AI: Use AI tools proficiently for content creation and strategy generation, and drive the build-out of an AI-powered automated content production system.
- Cross-market content optimization: Adapt content strategy to the characteristics of users in different markets, mirroring the content-distribution logic of our domestic flagship platform into overseas markets.
- Data-driven operating loop: Establish a closed "data → creation" feedback loop, using data analysis to continuously refine content strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the domestic core-business product and R&D teams and with local operations teams in each region to ensure content strategy is executed effectively.
