Head of Operations (Enrichment Centre)

An established education organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Centre Operations to lead the performance and operations of its enrichment centres across Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Provide leadership and guidance to Centre Managers in meeting business and operational goals.
• Manage the overall performance of multiple centres, including revenue, student enrolment and retention.
• Analyse centre performance and develop action plans to address gaps and drive improvements.
• Maintain a strong on-ground presence, working closely with Centre Managers to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience and service delivery across all centres.
• Enhance operational workflows, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage workforce requirements, staff allocation, operational expenditure and overall centre productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to implement business and operational initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in the tuition/enrichment industry managing multiple outlets
• Proven experience in achieving sales and centre performance targets
• Strong leadership, people management and customer service skills
• Hands-on, commercially driven and comfortable working closely with teams on the ground

Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Salary: Up to $9,000 + performance bonus
