The Impact You’ll Own - First 1-3 months, next 6, 9 Months

• Roll up your sleeves and join the ongoing fundraising campaign ongoing • Map and optimize end-to-end business processes: finance ops, sales funnel, channel management. You deploy AI across process. • Establish KPI dashboard (budgets, burn, runway, project deadlines).
• We are applying for a financial license in Europe and other jurisdictions, this a key role, if you speak French or have been into FinTech operations. • Quick-win talent gaps: hire critical 1–3 roles in ops, sales, customer success. • Scale operations to support $100 M ARR run-rate: SOPs, OKRs, and a performance culture. • Lead and ownership: cost-to-revenue ratio and 20 % by optimising headcount and vendor spend. • Build 5-15-25-50-person ops organization: Sales, BizDev, Customer Success, Talent, Compliance. • Forge 5 strategic alliances/distribution channels (banks, asset managers, platforms).

• Operational Excellence and Strategy
• Design, document, and continuously improve our business machine—from deal sourcing to settlements.
• Institute data-driven decision-making: math-and-Python-friendly models for forecasting, capacity planning, and runway management.

People and Culture

• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-calibre teams across Europe.
• Embed CityZeen’s 4S values into everyday rituals: performance reviews, leadership forums, “Bias-Buster Fridays,” and more.

Partnerships and Growth Channels

• Negotiate distribution and alliance agreements—banks, platforms, fintechs, regulators, and service providers.
• Own go-to-market execution for new verticals (e.g., tokenized asset offerings, ESG-themed funds).
• Risk and Compliance
• Lead operating risk management: process control, audit readiness, and compliance with MiFID II, PSD2, GDPR.
• Be the gatekeeper of trust—ensure no back-doors, no hidden data, and ironclad governance.
• Financial Stewardship
• Partner with CEO to manage budgets, burn rate, and fundraising readiness.
• Act as a cost-killer: negotiate vendor contracts, optimise cloud and ops spend.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in Ops leadership at asset managers, banks, or FinTech scale-ups—ideally across multiple European markets or USA.
• “Multilingual is a plus (French/Spanish/Portuguese preferred).”
• Tech-savvy operator. Hands-on with data, comfortable in Python, and fluent in modern SaaS/Cloud tools.
• Emotionally intelligent. You build trust through transparency, accountability, and empathy.
• Deal-maker & budget hawk. Fierce negotiator who optimises TCO without compromising agility.
• Mission and values–aligned. You lead by example, putting regenerative finance and sustainable impact at the heart of every process.
