Head of Operations (India)

We're building foundational models for general purpose manipulation. Our data infrastructure allows us to generate rich, multi-modal human demonstration data at exponential scale.

We are using this data to train general-purpose manipulation models that work reliably across tasks, objects, and robot embodiments. We are live in deployment across multiple verticals.

As Head of Indian Operations, you'll run our India operations end-to-end as the senior-most leader on the ground, with a direct line to the founders. You'll architect the highest quality robotics dataset in the world.

What you'll do:

• Run our data generation facilities: throughput, quality, and team performance
• Manage technical operations - data pipelines and infrastructure
• Hire and lead both the ops team and technical talent as the team scales
• Build the operating playbook for future facilities
• Own logistics, vendors, and stakeholder relationships in India

You should have:

• Experience leading operations teams and scaling them significantly
• Comfort with technical workflows - able to work alongside engineers, not just manage around them
• A history of competing - sports, business, anything where you pushed hard when it got difficult
• Hacker and hustle mentality - you move fast and don't wait for permission
