**Head of Operations (Launch & Growth) – Core Team**

Wonders.ai is seeking an exceptional operations leader to own and scale the operations of darlin™ (www.darlin.ai). Join our 10–15-person AI startup in a hands-on leadership role working directly with the founder to drive launches, community operations, customer experience, and organizational execution.

We seek someone with exceptional execution, strong judgment, and relentless attention to detail. You must independently identify problems, build solutions, and ensure results—not simply coordinate meetings, track tasks, or report progress.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Launch Operations:** Own product launch planning, operational readiness, communication, incident escalation, and post-launch reviews.
2. **Community & Customer Support:** Lead Japan, Taiwan, and global community operations; build support workflows, FAQs, escalation systems, and feedback reporting.
3. **Release Coordination:** Organize testing, verify user-facing flows, coordinate fixes, and escalate release risks with product and engineering teams.
4. **Marketing & Growth:** Execute campaigns, creator/IP collaborations, events, community growth, and user acquisition initiatives.
5. **Campaign Execution:** Manage crowdfunding, pre-orders, promotional launches, and related operational planning when required.
6. **Operational Systems:** Establish SOPs, accountability systems, task tracking, performance metrics, and efficient internal workflows.
7. **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Coordinate product, engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to resolve blockers and ensure delivery.
8. **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify operational weaknesses, take corrective action, and ensure problems are resolved.
9. **Team Leadership:** Guide 0–3 operations/support staff as assigned, establish standards, and improve team performance.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience leading product launches, operations, or growth campaigns.
• Exceptional execution, organization, and independent problem-solving.
• Hands-on community management, customer support, and operational experience.
• Strong user empathy, product awareness, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating SOPs, tracking KPIs, and managing cross-functional deliverables.
• Chinese and English required; Japanese strongly preferred.
• Interest in anime, gaming, AI characters, and Japanese entertainment.
• Ability to contribute immediately and take ownership within one month.

**業務内容**

1. **ローンチ運営：** 製品公開の計画、準備、告知、障害対応、振り返りを統括。
2. **コミュニティ・CS：** 日本・台湾・海外のコミュニティ運営、FAQ、顧客対応、エスカレーション体制の構築。
3. **リリース調整：** テスト管理、ユーザー操作の確認、不具合対応、製品・開発チームとの調整。
4. **マーケティング：** キャンペーン、クリエイター・IP連携、イベント、ユーザー獲得施策の実行。
5. **キャンペーン運営：** クラウドファンディング、予約販売、プロモーション企画の準備・実行。
6. **業務体制構築：** SOP、進捗管理、KPI、責任分担、社内ワークフローの整備・改善。
7. **部門横断の推進：** 開発、デザイン、マーケティング、CSと連携し、課題解決と納期達成を推進。
8. **問題解決：** 運営上の問題を主体的に発見し、改善策の実行から解決まで担当。
9. **チーム管理：** 担当スタッフ0〜3名の指導、品質基準の策定、業務改善。

• 製品ローンチ、事業運営、マーケティング施策の実行・管理経験。
• 卓越した実行力、組織力、自律的な問題解決能力。
• コミュニティ運営、顧客対応、業務改善の実務経験。
• ユーザー視点、製品理解、細部への強いこだわり。
• SOP、KPI、部門横断プロジェクト管理の経験。
• 中国語・英語必須、日本語能力歓迎。
• アニメ、ゲーム、AIキャラクター、日本のエンタメ文化への関心。
