Head of Operations - Modernization and Technology

This critical role will spearhead the modernization of our operational processes, focusing on technology, collaboration tools, and human resources strategies to elevate Echezona to the next level of efficiency and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on operations or organizational modernization
Strong understanding of modern technology tools, including cloud and collaboration platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change in a challenging environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the financial or technology sector is highly desirable

Salary: NGN800,000 - NGN1,200,000
