Head of Operations (USA)

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our US business. As our Head of Operations you'll own our supply chain and 3PL relationships, keep fulfilment running smoothly across DTC, B2B and retail, and help build the operational foundations that support everything we're building in North America.

📍 Austin, Texas working at our hub on a hybrid basis

WHERE YOU'LL PLAY

• Own all aspects of US supply chain operations despatch, on-time delivery, invoice reconciliation and logistics reporting

• Act as primary owner of the US 3PL relationship, conducting regular onsite visits and leading MBRs and QBRs

• Manage inventory control, month-end reconciliation and stock discrepancy resolution

• Oversee end-to-end fulfilment from order creation to customer delivery, and manage our returns process

• Support US B2B operations and partner with retail store management to ensure reliable product supply

• Act as the US operational liaison with our central UK tech teams, supporting the US technology roadmap

• Help design scalable processes to support multi-store growth and omni-channel integration

ALL ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in US supply chain, logistics or fulfilment operations within a DTC, ecommerce or omnichannel consumer brand

• Strong track record managing 3PL partners across performance, SLAs and continuous improvement

• Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control and reconciliation

• Solid understanding of returns and reverse logistics within a 3PL environment

• Familiarity with WMS, OMS and ERP systems

• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling business — someone who builds processes as well as follows them

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with logistics, planning, finance, tech and commercial teams
