Leads and manages large-scale residential outdoor education programs, ensuring safety, risk management, and alignment with educational goals in an international school setting.

Position Requirements:
Essential:
●Demonstrated experience leading large scale residential programmes.
●Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
●High level judgement and decision making under pressure.
●Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
●Outstanding communication with parents and staff.
●Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
Desirable:
●Wilderness First Aid or equivalent.
●Expedition leadership qualifications.
●Duke of Edinburgh, Outward Bound or equivalent experience.
●International school experience.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in education, outdoor education, recreation, or a related field.
● A teaching qualification, such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or a Bachelor of Education.
● Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
This position will commence in January 2027.
