- Build and refine repeatable systems for creative testing, performance reporting, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Develop high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and PDPs that align seamlessly with active ad campaigns.
- Track and report on mission-critical metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, and CVR, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct competitor research and lead client strategy calls to ensure long-term brand growth and stability.
- Collaborate with the video editing and design teams to increase testing velocity and identify "winning" creative assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a deep specialization in Meta Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling high-spend accounts within the e-commerce or DTC space.
- Mastery of direct-response metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV) and attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros.
- Strong expertise in creative strategy and the ability to write compelling, high-converting ad copy.
- AI-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage emerging tools for creative and operational efficiency.
- Analytical decision-making skills with a bias for action and the ability to solve complex funnel bottlenecks.
- Self-motivated and "hungry" personality, thriving in an environment where compensation is tied to performance and KPI hits.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client audits and internal strategy sessions.
- Availability during core business hours (up to 4 PM EST).
Nice-to-Haves
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment managing diverse portfolios.
