Head of People & Talent

Evaratus (formerly Scaler AI Labs) is looking for a single owner for everything people: talent acquisition, people operations, culture, and org design. You will work directly with the founders and own the function end to end as we scale.

What you'll own

• Full-cycle hiring across engineering, research, and G&A, including employer brand and offer strategy

• People operations: onboarding, HRIS, policies, compliance, comp cycles

• Culture and performance: reviews, feedback loops, retention, org health

• Building the people team as we grow

What we're looking for

• 5 to 10 years across People and Talent Acquisition roles, with clear ownership of both at some point

• Fast trajectory: you reached leadership scope earlier than your peers

• Academic pedigree: MBA/PGDM from a premier institute (IIM, XLRI, ISB) and/or undergrad from a tier-1 college (IIT, or Delhi University's top colleges such as LSR or SRCC)

• Experience at high-pace, high-talent-density companies (e.g. Rippling, Tower Research, or similar)

• Have scaled a tech org through rapid headcount growth

• Operate with founder-level urgency; comfortable being the first and only people leader
