This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced performance marketing professional to shape media strategy, standards, and growth frameworks across a portfolio of purpose-driven clients.
You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise across paid media, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
The role focuses on building scalable approaches that connect acquisition activity with broader organisational goals and long-term value.
You will lead high-value client engagements, advise senior stakeholders, and guide teams toward stronger performance and decision-making.

    • Performance Strategy: Strong ability to develop media planning frameworks aligned with acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimisation, donor or customer journeys, and long-term value.
    • Channel Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social including Meta and TikTok, Google Ads including YouTube, Performance Max and Demand Gen, programmatic buying, publisher partnerships, and GMP platforms such as SA360 and CM360.
    • Analytics & Measurement: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in attribution modelling, tagging governance, dashboard development, performance measurement, and translating campaign data into growth strategies.
    • Marketing Technology: Working knowledge of CRMs, data warehouses, CDPs, advertising automation, privacy requirements, cookie deprecation, and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
    • Broader Media Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of OOH, television, radio, and secondary social channels is advantageous.
    • Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise CMOs, executives, and senior client teams.
