Head of Philanthropy, Endless
Description
Head of Philanthropy
Endless Foundation
About Endless
Endless is a mission-driven game, learning, and technology operating initiative of Dalio Philanthropies with a bold vision: to empower people to shape technology, rather than be shaped by it. We believe the most powerful way to prepare young people for the digital world is through making games. Game creation is a uniquely engaging and scalable pathway to teach design, storytelling, collaboration, coding, AI fluency, and problem-solving skills that prepare youth not just to play in the digital economy, but to create it.
To pursue this mission, we bring together three strands of work. Through our commercial ventures, we build game creation tools, a community platform and games where youth learn by creating. Through our investments, we support companies aligned with our thesis that making is the most effective form of learning. And through our philanthropy, we expand access so that young people everywhere, not just the privileged, can learn through creation. At Endless, we use every tool available to advance towards one north star: empowering youth, at scale, to prepare for their futures by creating the games, and the world they want to live in. This role will sit squarely in Endless Global and lead its philanthropic work.
Endless is a satellite of the Dalio Family Office (DFO). As such, it works in close coordination with Dalio Philanthropies, as the philanthropic platform of the Dalio family, furthering the philanthropic aims of the family.
