RCBC is hiring a department head to lead the bank's platform engineering strategy — designing, deploying, and governing core technology platforms while driving enterprise DevOps. Day to day this means shaping PaaS offerings, implementing CI/CD, IaC, and observability, and mentoring Platform Engineers, DevOps Architects, and SREs.
RCBC is seeking a Platform Engineering Department Head to lead the bank's end-to-end platform strategy, oversee design, deployment, and governance of core technology platforms, and drive enterprise DevOps across IT functions.
You will shape Platform-as-a-Service offerings, implement CI/CD, IaC, and observability, and mentor a team of Platform Engineers, DevOps Architects, and SREs to improve software quality and time-to-market.
