Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and bilingual Head of PR & Communications to join our team as a leader for all PR & communications matters. This position holder calls for a proactive, highly organized individual fluent in both English and Chinese who excels in planning, fostering collaboration and executing strategic initiatives.
As a leader of the team, the position holder manages day-to-day operations, contributes to high-impact projects, and shapes the direction of our communications. Expertise and dedication of the position holder will be the key in delivering distinguished results.

• Digital platforms management

 Instagram
 Linkedin
 Rednote, etc.

• PR & Marketing collaterals management

 Company profile
 Press release
 Photo library
 Public speaking presentation

• General coordination

 Photo shooting coordination (Design projects)
 Meetings & Events logistics & follow-up actions
 Interview arrangement

• Internal communications

 Company news releases
 Internal update on PR / Media & Project events and activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experiences in marketing, PR, or communications is preferred
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
