# Head of Procurement ## Company Overview Scrabble is a leading consumer-facing organization in the food space. \ \ Job Summary The Head of Procurement is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement within the organization. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in managing procurement across food, non-food, and supply chain categories. The individual will be tasked with large-scale sourcing operations, driving cost efficiencies, fostering vendor partnerships, and creating scalable procurement processes that align with the company's strategic goals. ## Responsibilities - Lead and manage the procurement function across food, non-food, and supply chain categories. - Oversee large-scale sourcing operations to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement. - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and suppliers. - Implement procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and enhance supply chain performance. - Build and establish scalable procurement processes to support business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. ## Qualifications - Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food or any industry. - Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and drive change. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred. ## Experience - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in procurement roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
