  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks in procurement activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to align procurement strategies with project needs.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Implement procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in leading complex procurement initiatives and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of wind energy sector dynamics and market trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for contract management and supplier evaluation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
