About the role

Virtuos is building Maestro, an enterprise AI orchestration product designed to transform how we deliver AAA game co-development for the world’s top publishers. We are looking for a Head of Product to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Maestro, shaping how AI agents and capabilities come together to solve complex user and business needs. You will lead a small team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering, AI platform, and business teams to rapidly build, test, and evolve a cutting-edge agentic AI product across Virtuos.

What you will do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Maestro, Virtuos’ enterprise AI orchestration product.
  • Define how AI agents, tools and workflows come together to solve complex user needs.
  • Translate user needs, business priorities and emerging AI capabilities into clear product requirements.
  • Rapidly prototype, test and iterate on new agentic experiences and orchestration approaches.
  • Build and lead a team of 2–3 Product Managers as Maestro and its portfolio of AI agents and workflows scale.
  • Partner closely with AI platform, engineering, and business teams to build, evaluate, and continuously improve Maestro.
  • Drive adoption and measurable value across game-development workflows.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience across product and technology, including leadership of advanced AI products.
  • Direct experience building production-grade AI agents or orchestration products.
  • Strong understanding of agent architecture, orchestration, tool use and agentic workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in cutting-edge AI models, technologies and product developments.
  • Technical depth in engineering, ML or data, with the ability to engage credibly with highly technical teams.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing Product Management teams.
  • Highly agile andhands-on, with a strong experimentation and rapid-iteration mindset.
  • Strong product judgment, commercial instincts and a user-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
