Reporting to the General Manager Services and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for shaping Lexel's technology direction, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring our solutions and services remain relevant, supportable and commercially successful.

You will lead the identification, validation and development of new technology services, ensuring customer needs, market opportunities and operational readiness are aligned before investment decisions are made. This includes ownership of technology roadmaps, technical governance, service portfolio recommendations and responsible technology adoption, including AI governance.

As a key market-facing leader, you will work alongside customers, vendors and internal teams to strengthen Lexel's reputation as a trusted technology advisor. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of Lexel's technology offerings while helping customers unlock greater value through innovation and adoption.

To be successful in this role, you will likely bring:
  • Senior technology leadership experience within a managed services, software, cloud, telecommunications or related technology environment.
  • A proven ability to translate technology capabilities into customer value, commercially viable services and business growth.
  • Experience leading product development, service portfolio management, technology governance and innovation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, modern workplace technologies and service delivery platforms.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps, architecture principles, standards and governance frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, customer needs and investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging executives, customers, vendors and technical teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the capacity to balance innovation, practicality, risk and business outcomes.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, thought leadership and developing future-focused technology solutions.
