Head of Product
You will own product strategy and prioritisation across the product portfolio, making tradeoffs and owning outcomes as products scale. You will lead and develop the Product Team, implement rigorous user research practices, define ICPs and user stories, and translate research into outcome-based roadmaps with clear KPIs. You will partner with BD, Marketing, and Engineering to craft user-specific materials and drive successful execution, and represent product at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and prioritization across the product portfolio
- Lead and develop the Product Team
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and conduct win/loss analysis
- Establish and run rigorous user research practices
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile and build accurate user stories
- Implement systems to track acquisition stages and create feedback loops
- Shift roadmaps from feature-based to outcome-based with clear milestones and KPIs
- Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches and external materials
- Work closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to drive execution
- Represent product at the executive level and contribute to company strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling product functions
- Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Experience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs
- Crypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain products (preferred)
