Head of Product Developer Experience
You set the vision and strategy for Adyen’s developer platform in an AI-native world, own the end-to-end developer journey, lead product execution across APIs, SDKs, tooling, and documentation, mentor product managers, and represent developers’ needs in product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the developer platform vision and strategy
- Own the end-to-end developer experience
- Lead API, webhook, SDK, documentation, sandbox, and identity and access management products
- Drive cross-functional product execution with Engineering, Design, Developer Relations, and Marketing
- Lead and mentor product managers
- Engage customers and the developer community
- Translate developer needs into impactful products
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology
- At least 8 years in a product leadership role
- Experience leading product for a large-scale developer platform, API, or SDK product
- Experience leading AI-powered product initiatives
- Experience with AI agents or copilots
- Strong technical background
- Experience with system architecture and API design
- Experience in fintech or payments is highly desirable
