Head of Product

You lead the product organisation, mentor two Product Managers, and own a flagship consumer money product from vision and metrics through launch. You establish product processes, manage the budget and external development relationships, navigate support, risk, and compliance requirements, and scale the product function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Product Managers
• Own the flagship consumer product
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Establish discovery, prioritization, roadmap, specification, decision-log, and operating processes
• Establish support, risk, and compliance processes
• Work with legal on regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Own the product budget
• Manage outsourced development and agency relationships
• Scale the product team

Requirements

• Manage products with over 100K monthly active users
• Mentor or lead Product Managers
• Lead and ship payments or banking products
• Measure consumer fintech products and understand retail user behavior
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Write product specifications and review product flows
• Apply strong UX judgment and design sensibility
• Deliver sophisticated products in ambiguous and resource-constrained conditions
