Head of Product — iGaming / Online Casino & Sportsbook
Format: Full-time
We are looking for a Head of Product who will take full ownership of an established casino and sportsbook product and help bring it to a strong Tier-1 iGaming level.
The product is currently in an active growth stage. It already has traffic and an established user base, and the next focus is to improve conversion, strengthen retention, and scale across key GEOs.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on product strategy, revenue growth, and business performance.
What You Will Do
Own and develop the product strategy for casino and sportsbook.
Build and prioritize a growth-driven product roadmap.
Improve key funnels: sign-up to deposit and deposit to bet.
Optimize payment UX, bonus logic, and deposit conversion.
Develop retention and engagement mechanics, including CRM, VIP, gamification, missions, and leaderboards.
Scale and localize the product across multiple GEOs, including Tier-1 markets.
Coordinate Frontend, Backend, Design, Payments, Marketing, and external providers.
Track product metrics, analyze funnels, retention, and LTV, and make data-driven decisions.
What We Expect
Experience as a Head of Product, Product Lead, or Senior Product Manager.
Strong background in iGaming, betting, or another high-load B2C product.
Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, payments, and retention.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and product delivery.
Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and LTV.
Experience scaling and localizing products across multiple GEOs.
Experience working with Tier-1 markets.
Strong ownership and responsibility for business results.
