Head of Product Management

As our new Head of Product Management, you’ll lead our product management function across a portfolio of product streams, bringing clarity, consistency and momentum to how we decide what to build and why. Reporting to the IT Director, you’ll ensure each product has a clear vision, strategy and roadmap connected to organisational goals, customer needs and measurable outcomes.
Working across IT and the wider business, you’ll directly manage and develop Product Owners and QA, provide functional direction across product, analysis and user interface development, and strengthen collaboration from discovery through build, testing and release. If you’re a strategic and hands-on product leader who can bring structure to complexity, align senior stakeholders and improve how teams make decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
