Head of Product Marketing

You will own the strategy, operating model, performance standards, and talent development for the Product Marketing function. You will shape product narratives, improve messaging and positioning, drive product-market fit and launch performance, manage and develop senior marketers, recruit talent, and represent Product Marketing in executive forums.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operationalize the Product Marketing structure
  • Finalize and institutionalize the operating model
  • Define Product Marketing guardrails
  • Clarify cross-functional engagement norms
  • Establish KPI frameworks
  • Own the central product narrative
  • Raise messaging and positioning standards
  • Partner on product-market fit strategy
  • Increase quota attainment and reduce time to close
  • Ensure launch discipline and post-launch optimization
  • Manage senior Product Marketing leads
  • Coach senior individual contributors and managers
  • Recruit and calibrate Product Marketing talent
  • Represent Product Marketing in executive decision-making forums

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of product marketing leadership experience
  • Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience managing teams of 15 or more
  • Product marketing leadership experience at a company of similar scale
  • Experience building and leading product marketing teams
  • Experience with multi-product, multi-segment, and multi-buyer marketing
  • Start-up or small-company leadership experience
  • Payments, credit, fintech, or banking domain experience
  • Experience selling to financial institutions or banks
  • Regulated-environment marketing experience
  • Founder-led environment experience
  • Product marketing rebrand experience
