Head Of Product Section (Production Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and continuously improve our automotive wiring harness production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost targets are achieved.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, including Kaizen, line balancing, cycle time, standard work and waste elimination.

• Lead and develop a large production workforce, including supervisors, line leaders and operators.

• Optimize manpower, capacity, productivity and production flow.

• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements.

• Drive shop-floor performance, problem solving and operational discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.

• 10–14 years of manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a production leadership role.

• Strong experience in automotive manufacturing, wiring harness, cable assembly or high-volume manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, 5 Why, line balancing and productivity improvement.

• Proven experience leading large blue-collar teams.

• Hands-on, data-driven and strong in people leadership and problem solving.

• Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge of IATF 16949 are highly desirable.
