Head of Production Engineering Mérida 2 (m/f/d)

• Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Functional accountability for product Section on Country level

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Project Management, or Continuous Improvement.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
