Head of Products (Cybersecurity & Trust Services)

Summary

Leads the cybersecurity and trust services product line, defining strategy, P&L, and partnerships to build and scale managed security services for enterprise and public-sector clients.

Grade Level: L4

Location: Islamabad

Last date to apply: 18th August 2026

What is Head of Products (Cybersecurity & Trust Services)?

The Head of Cybersecurity & Trust Services owns Jazz Enterprise’s cybersecurity and trust portfolio — the managed security, cloud security, and advisory services sold to enterprise, public-sector, and financial-sector customers. This is a build role: the successful candidate will define the product and go-to-market strategy, stand up a dedicated cybersecurity practice and team, establish the OEM and technology partnerships the practice runs on, and carry full P&L accountability for the line of business.

The role combines product ownership with commercial accountability, working closely with Enterprise Sales, Cloud Products, Systems Integration & Managed Services, and Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to turn Jazz’s cloud and connectivity footprint into a differentiated, revenue-generating cybersecurity practice.

The role reports to the VP, Products & Solutions.

What does Head of Products (Cybersecurity & Trust Services) do?

Strategy, Portfolio & P&L

• Define and own the cybersecurity & trust services product strategy and roadmap — spanning managed security services (SOC/MDR), network and cloud security, identity & access management, data protection, and GRC/compliance advisory offerings layered on Jazz’s cloud platform.

• Own the P&L for the cybersecurity portfolio, including revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, and investment decisions, with regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

• Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models — subscription, managed service, or project-based for offers sold standalone or bundled with connectivity and cloud.

OEM & Technology Ecosystem

• Identify and manage strategic technology partnerships with leading cybersecurity OEMs to build a multi-vendor solution stack for Jazz Enterprise customers.

• Work with Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to formalize partner agreements, certification levels, and joint go-to-market plans, and keep the ecosystem technically and commercially current.

Sales Enablement & Delivery

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to qualify, design, and close complex, multi-vendor security solutions for large enterprise, government, and financial-sector accounts.

• Work with Service Delivery to ensure offerings are deliverable and supportable at scale, owning the product lifecycle end to end.

Governance, Compliance & Trust

• Establish a Trust Services framework — data protection and regulatory alignment — as a differentiator for regulated customers.

• Represent Jazz Enterprise externally with regulators, industry bodies, and OEMs on cybersecurity matters, and act as a market thought leader.

Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Products (Cybersecurity & Trust Services)?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent OEM security certifications are strongly preferred.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, or IT/telecom security solutions, including at least 4–5 years in a P&L-owning or practice-head capacity.

• A demonstrated track record of building or scaling a cybersecurity or managed-security practice, ideally within a telecom operator, systems integrator, cloud provider, or large enterprise technology organization.

• Experience managing OEM/vendor partnerships and translating them into commercial, sellable offerings.

• Experience serving large enterprise, public-sector, or financial-services customers is an advantage.

• Strategic and commercial acumen with a strong P&L ownership mindset

• Team-building and people leadership — able to hire, structure, and grow a function from scratch

• Deep technical fluency in cybersecurity domains, balanced with executive-level business communication

• Strong partner and vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills

• Customer-facing presence able to engage CxOs and regulators with credibility

• Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling function
