Own what the station does — and everything around it.

Ecoworksbuilds reuse infrastructure. The way products are delivered to consumers isbroken — single-use by default, wasteful by design. We're changing the deliverymodel itself, not just the packaging. We're early. We're hiring people who wantto build this with us.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Firmware

– Own the station hardwareroadmap: enclosure, pumps, flow sensors, valves, payment terminals.

– Work with manufacturingpartners on iteration and production.

– Write or overseefirmware for microcontroller-based station logic.

– Reusable bottle system:work with design and manufacturing partners on payment-integrated bottlehardware — NFC, QR, or equivalent — connecting physical product to digitaltransaction layer.

Software & Data

– Build and maintain thetelemetry and monitoring layer (station health, usage, alerts).

– Own payment railsintegration and transaction reliability.

– Light customer-facingsoftware: loyalty mechanic, usage data, refill history.

Product Decisions

– Translate unit economicsand field observations into product priorities.

– Sit close enough tooperations to know what's actually breaking.

Ideal Candidate

– Comfortable acrosshardware and software — not necessarily expert in both, but not intimidated byeither.

– Has shipped somethingphysical or embedded: a hardware project, an IoT device, a vending ordispensing system.

– Familiar withmicrocontrollers (ESP32, Arduino, or similar), basic CAD, and paymentintegrations.

– Experience or stronginterest in connected physical products (NFC/RFID, IoT-linked consumer goods).

– Bonus: experience withvibe coding or rapid prototyping workflows.
