Requirements
• Minimum of 2–4+ years of experience in programme management, business development, or partnerships within the civic, development, or media sector.
• Proven track record of securing grants, sponsorships, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong writing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Existing relationships with donors, foundations, or corporate sponsors in the youth governance or civic leadership space is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead programme delivery, develop strategic partnerships, secure funding through grants and sponsorships, manage donor relationships, and oversee business development initiatives to support the organization’s mission.
