Head of Project Delivery - IT Project

Salary: ฿120,000 – ฿150,000 per month
An established technology business is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Project Delivery to oversee major technology and infrastructure initiatives. This position will lead project operations, drive business performance and ensure successful delivery while building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Direct overall project operations, ensuring successful execution and achievement of business objectives.
Oversee project performance, budgets, resources, timelines and commercial outcomes.
Drive operational improvements, resolve complex challenges and ensure effective risk management.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners and senior stakeholders.
Lead and develop a large, multidisciplinary project management team.
Establish effective management practices to improve project efficiency, quality and profitability.
Ensure projects meet organizational standards, contractual commitments and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or a related discipline.
10+ years of relevant project management experience, including senior management or director-level responsibilities.
Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale technology or infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with external partners.
Strong commercial awareness, financial management and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Thai and good communication in English.
