Responsibilities

• Organization and management of the development and design department team.
• Accurate understanding of customer requirements and translating them into a technical project. Understanding documentation for the relevant parts and assemblies, including drawing documentation for manufacturing and suppliers.
• Creation of complete graphical and textual documentation in Ukrainian and English in accordance with ISO standards and requirements.
• Critical evaluation of existing projects, documentation, and processes; identification of risks and opportunities; and proposal of innovative solutions.
• Specification and preparation of production processes and equipment for effective product implementation in accordance with the documentation.
• Resolution of discrepancies and manufacturing issues in cooperation with engineers and production personnel.
• Preparation of technical documentation for customers (e.g., spare parts catalogs, operating manuals, and service instructions).
• Ensuring timely project completion.
• Maintaining order and consistency in the parts and assemblies database in accordance with internal regulations.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Experience as a Head of Development and Design Department at a manufacturing company (mechanical engineering / automotive industry).
• Strong knowledge of automotive engineering.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) / ISO GPS.
• Experience in CAD design using Catia, NX, SolidWorks.
• English proficiency — Intermediate level.
• Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work in a team, fast learner, stress-resistant.
• Politeness, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
