Job Summary
We are recruiting a professional Coding & Robotics Instructor specialized in youth and teenage technical education to maintain, code, and deploy humanoid robotic systems while delivering structured technical training to teenage students.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, code, and deploy humanoid robotic systems to ensure operational readiness for teaching
- Deliver structured technical lessons to primary, secondary, and university students following company-standard syllabi
- Teach computational thinking, coding logic, robot operation, and innovative problem-solving skills to teenage students to enhance their STEM capabilities
- Guide teenagers in building STEM projects, performing technical debugging, and fostering innovation during lessons
- Conduct classes at assigned schools and enrichment centres to provide hands-on technical education
- Follow company-provided ready-made syllabus and teaching materials to ensure consistent lesson delivery
- Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior technical instructors to improve teaching effectiveness
- Complete other reasonable technical teaching tasks assigned by the company to support educational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively engage with students and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of coding, computer logic, or robotics, welcoming fresh graduates with foundational skills
- Passion for youth STEM education to inspire and motivate teenage learners
- Patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills to connect well with teenage students
- Interest in technology, programming, and robot systems to stay engaged with subject matter
