Responsibilities
- Manage 3 subordinates
- Overseeing and carrying out Pharmacovigilance (PV) operational duties within the affiliate/s, the role involves handling the local PV budget, managing workload priorities to achieve set objectives, and fostering an engaging work environment for talent attraction and retention.
- Ensuring that the local patient safety team receives appropriate training and possesses the necessary skills to uphold a strong PV system.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Degree in healthcare or life sciences
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both written and spoken local language and English
Work Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance (mandatory)
- Additional experience in related areas (Clinical Research, Medical, or
Regulatory affairs) is a plus
- Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or health authority
Knowledge and Skills:
- Desirable local operational knowledge, especially related to
local/regional PV regulations
- Experience in people management
- Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment
