Head of Sales/Board Member (IT Security - PAM)

For our Client, fast developing SaaS Company with annual sales of 15mln EUR and double digits growth, we are looking for Global Head of Sales who will be responsible for defining and executing the company's worldwide commercial strategy through indirect sales channels. This role leads global revenue growth by building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing ecosystem of distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), systems integrators, and strategic technology partners. The successful candidate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, creating scalable partner programs while ensuring strong commercial execution across all regions. They will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Regional Sales teams to maximize partner performance and customer acquisition.
