Head of Sales & Growth — Fintech SaaS

TradePoints is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to build and lead our global B2B sales function. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership, not a pre-built playbook, and you’ll shape the sales process, pipeline, and team as the company scales.

You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, establish CRM discipline, recruit and develop the sales team, and partner with marketing, product and operations to optimise commercial outcomes. Fintech and retail trading domain experience is advantageous.
