Head of Sales & Marketing

Salary: Rp 30.000.000 – Rp 45.000.000 per month

Job Description

• Lead and execute sales of POS, ERP, and reservation system solutions for F&B and hospitality businesses.

• Manage end to end sales process from prospecting, product demo, negotiation, to closing.

• Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and develop business development opportunities through partnerships, channels, and ecosystem.

• Define and execute go to market strategies based on target segments.

• Collaborate with product team to ensure solutions align with customer needs.

• Build and scale the Sales and Business Development function as the company grows.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles, preferably in tech or SaaS.

• Proven experience selling B2B solutions such as POS, ERP, or related systems for F&B or hospitality.

• Experience at Head, GM, Director level, or equivalent.

• Strong closing skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

• Good understanding of F&B and hospitality business operations.

• Strong strategic thinking with hands on execution capability.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment.

• Relevant network in the industry is a plus.
