Portraithy.com is an international e-commerce company with 10+ years of experience. We create premium custom oil paintings for customers worldwide and are actively scaling.

Role Entry Model
First 6 Months:
The Head of Sales will deeply dive into the sales process:
personally handle sales conversations
communicate with customers
understand the funnel from the inside
identify weak points and lost opportunities
actively manage the team
teach by personal example
We believe the best sales leader understands the process in practice, not only through reports.

After 6 Months:
Main focus shifts to:
full team leadership
department scaling
increasing conversion rates
KPI management and analytics
motivating the sales team
consistent revenue growth
