Head of Sales & Servicing
- Oversee and mentor individual producers to maximize their potential by setting, communicating and managing sales and activity targets, with the aim to building relationships with targeted referral partners
- Oversee and mentor the Client Services team to ensure seamless and efficient post-sales process while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
- Manage individual Client Relationship Manager’s review activity
- Lead the Consultant Development Program for Hong Kong office, to mentor and develop Client Relationship Managers to maximize individual potential
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure overall compliance to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory policies as dictated by local regulatory body
