Key objectives of the role: Lead the Sales Structuring function within CIB Financial Markets, providing strategic direction, team leadership, and oversight of business performance. Develop, manage, and distribute Financial Markets solutions, including structured products and OTC derivatives, ensuring innovative, client-centric offerings that meet market trends, risk standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner with business lines across the bank to deliver tailored investment solutions, provide product expertise and education, and support Advisors, Relationship Managers, and DPM teams in serving clients. Drive product governance and business development, overseeing product approval, issuance programs, process enhancements, counterparty relationships, and the expansion of sales and distribution capabilities. Ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment, working closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, regulators, counterparties, and other key stakeholders to maintain a robust and compliant operating framework. Deliverables and key activities: 1. Leadership Team Management Lead the Sales Structuring function, setting strategic priorities, budgets, KPIs, and performance objectives. Develop the team as the bank's center of expertise for Financial Markets, Structured Products, and OTC Derivatives. 2. Business Strategy Governance Define and execute the Sales Structuring strategy, enhancing product distribution, sales processes, and client solutions. Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Advisory, DPM, and Business Development teams to implement strategy across the bank and international locations. Chair relevant committees and contribute to governance forums to align product development with client needs and business objectives. 3. Product Solutions Distribution Oversee the development, approval, and management of structured products and derivative solutions for internal and external clients. Ensure offerings remain innovative, compliant, and aligned with client needs and the bank's strategy. Manage strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, issuance programs, and product distribution channels. 4. Stakeholder Market Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparties, partners, and internal stakeholders. Promote product adoption, identify market opportunities and trends, and support business growth across the bank. Represent the bank with industry participants, partners, and regulators.
