Head of Security Systems
Summary
The Head of Security Systems oversees preventive and corrective maintenance of enterprise security infrastructure (CCTV, Milestone VMS, servers), leading technical experts, approving method statements and PM schedules, and driving SLA compliance and root-cause analysis. Based on-site in Doha, likely serving a large enterprise/airport environment.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Security Systems.
• Lead subject-matter experts and ensure appropriate certified technical coverage and competency.
• Review and approve technical method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for system changes.
• Monitor discipline performance and Lead root-cause analysis and problem management report to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Ensure high system availability, SLA compliance, preventive-maintenance completion, and reduction in repeat incidents.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant security systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
• Relevant certifications in security-system technologies, particularly Milestone VMS and physical-security systems.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, VMS platforms, servers, and related security infrastructure.
• Strong OEM/vendor management and technical escalation experience.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
