Summary
Leads a security team in Budapest, overseeing implementation of security plans, managing staff, and handling incidents under pressure.
- Coordinates the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees
- Taking responsibility for the team performance
- Financial planning for the given team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English knowledge (German is an advantage)
- People management/team coordination experience is advantage
- Experience in managed security application
- Willing to take over responsibility
- Strong in communication
- Able to work under pressure (e.g. during security incidents)
- Good methodical and analytical knowledge
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
