SEO & GEO Lead (Marketing Agency)
Description
- Basic from $7k to $8.5k + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve clients' organic search rankings, online visibility and presence across AI-powered search platforms.
Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent assessments and content optimisation strategies.
Oversee SEO and GEO campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to website architecture, crawlability, indexability and overall site performance.
Optimise visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
Lead, mentor and manage team members to ensure effective campaign execution and timely delivery.
Establish campaign performance benchmarks, reporting frameworks and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop optimisation strategies and support client presentations, proposals and campaign reviews.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms, AI search trends and SEO/GEO best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of SEO/GEO experience, including senior or team leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, content strategy and search engine algorithms.
Familiarity with GEO, AI-powered search platforms and emerging search optimisation practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
Experience developing SEO/GEO reporting frameworks, performance dashboards and campaign processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members.
